» The first youth-led parliament session to be streamed online,
On Safer Internet Day (5th February) from 12:00 to 14:00 CET students from across Bulgaria can follow live the discussions within the TeeNET parliament’13, which will take place in the Bulgarian National Assembly Building. Ten delegates, selected through public voting on Facebook, and over 100 students will discuss and vote the first Charter of Online Rights and Responsibilities of the Young People in Bulgaria.

Elections for TeeNET Parliament delegates between the age of 13 and 19 starts on 30th November. The winners will draft and sign a Charter of Youth Online Rights during a public discussion held in the Bulgarian Parliament on the Safer Internet Day on 5th February 2013.
