ARC Fund Presents ICT Stories at the 4th Inter-Balkan Forum in Sofia
The 4th Inter-Balkan Forum was held in Sofia, October 6-7, 2003, bringing together representatives of IT businesses and NGOs from countries in Southeast Europe to discuss regional cooperation and joint e-initiatives. ARC Fund’s Todor Yalamov, IT Group Coordinator, presented major lessons learned in previous regional and cross-border projects, focusing on the best practice of Southeast Europe Online and Bulgaria Development Gateway.
