Yordanka Chobanova
Yordanka Chobanova has a bachelor degree in Economics from Varna University of Economics; a master degree from Central European University, Budapest, Political Science Department and a doctoral degree from European University Institute (EUI), Florence, Italy. Her doctoral thesis is in political economy field and studies the strategies of MNEs in Central and Eastern Europe.
Yordanka's research interests are: Foreign Direct Investment, MNEs, Investment policies, International Financial Institutions. Yordanka has been working as a research collaborator in different projects among which the project “Capital Controls” led by prof. Rawi Abdelal from Harvard University and the project “Labor markets in CEE” led by prof. Colin Crouch from EUI.
