Vladimir Yordanov

Mr. Yordanov heads the business development of ARC Fund, which involves relations with the business community, corporate sector and municipal authorities. He leads the fund's efforts to achieve greater sustainability through business development.

Mr. Yordanov holds a MSc degree in Automatic Control Systems from the Technical University in Sofia (1981), and has also studied at the Technische Universitaet in Dresden and the Herder-Institut in Leipzig (Germany). He has specialized at the United States Telecommunications Training Institute (USTTI) and at the U.S. Board of International Broadcasting in Washington, D.C. His training includes also a Salzburg Seminar Session on "Managing Non-Governmental Organizations" in 1992 and "Legal Aspects of Project Finance" at the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) in Rome, Italy in 1999.

Mr. Yordanov has served as Coordinator at the Open Society Fund (OSF) in Sofia and the Central Laboratory of Bioinstrumentation and Automation at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

Since 1991 he is Vice-Chair of ARC Fund's Board of Trustees.
