Dr. Inko Razpopov

Dr. Razpopov is ARC Fund's Executive Director since 1991. He provides strategic direction to ARC Fund's programs and guidance to specific projects, including those dealing with new media and information technologies, as well as innovation and technology transfer. Dr. Razpopov has broad professional and managerial experience in the field of electronic media and advertising.

Dr. Razpopov has a PhD in African History (1986) and MA in International Relations (1981). He has specialized at the U.S. Telecommunications Training Institute (USTTI) and the U.S. Board of International Broadcasting in Washington, D.C. His training includes also courses on audience research and radio management.

He is a founding member of the Bulgarian Broadcast Association (ABBRO) since 1993.
